Abstract: An arthrodira, Clarkeosteua yidadeinsis sp. nov., is described in this paper. It is the first time in China that Clarkeosteus was discovered. The materials are some incomplete plates which include an incomplete median dorsal, anterior dorsolateral, suborbital plates and an incomplete nuchal and paranuchal plates. They were collected from the upper Middle Devonian, Panxi region, Yunnan Province.

摘要： 文中记述了采自云南盘溪地区一真节甲鱼类化石，根据材料特征认为属于克氏鱼属一新种，即一打得克氏鱼(Clarkeosteus yidadeinsis sp, nov.)。
