Vertebrata PalAsiatica flipped to an open access journal since January 1st, 2024. Once published, all articles will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download. Articles published since the 2nd issue of 1989 are changed to open access works and can be downloaded for free on this website. Articles published in the 1st issue of 1989 and earlier are not open access works. Copyright of these articles belong to the authors.
2. Copyright Ownership
The copyright of articles published in this journal belongs to the authors. The authors agree to grant the Editorial Office of Vertebrate PalAsiatica the global non-exclusive publication and distribution rights for the paper in any form and any language. This applies to printed copies, electronic files, and all other media (whether currently known or developed in the future) for the full duration of the copyright, effective from the date when the paper is accepted for publication. For supplementary materials and research data, the editorial office has permanent, global, non-exclusive usage right.
3. Users’ Right
The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives License is adopted by Vertebrata PalAsiatica. 4. Online Accessibility & Repository
The full text of all articles since the 2nd issue of 1989 can be downloaded free of charge from the official journal website. In addition to open access on the official journal website, the full texts of the journal's articles are also stored in the databases of CNKI, Wanfang Data, Weipu, Bookan, Pubscholar, etc. Archived articles published before 1989 can be accessed on the website of the Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology, CAS: http://t.cn/RPj07hb
In addition, it is allowed for authors to deposit all versions of their articles in an institutional or other repository of the authors' choice.
